An Earning Capacity Evaluation is an objective analysis of an individual's ability to work and earn wages. This includes assessing the impact of injury on an individual's capacity to
access sustainable employment in a competitive labour market.

This analysis takes into account age, work history, education, training, experience,
physical / functional restrictions and prevailing labour market considerations.
