TRANSFERABLE SKILLS ANALYSIS
A Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) is an objective analysis of occupational options available to an individual, based on their existing work history, education and experience.
This analysis generates viable job options that are screened by physical / functional criteria,
determined in a Functional Capacity Evaluation or from other sources such as medical records and in-person interviews.
TSAs rely on nationally accepted references like the National Occupational Classification (NOC), which organizes over 40,000 job titles into 500 occupational groups based on the similarity of skill sets required for employment.
